I.             I, ……………………………….., request that the hearing of this matter be in open court because I understand that an injunction is being sought against the whole world and I therefore wish to attend the hearing and be heard on this matter as an affected person.

II.           I object to my right to freedom of speech being interfered with by a secret court. I will not consider myself to be bound by any such injunction when a legal process does not allow me to attend the hearing, hear the arguments of the applicant and address my objection to the court as an affected person.

III.        Furthermore, I claim the right under Article 10.1 of the European Convention on Human Rights by virtue of the guarantee that “everyone has the right to receive and impart information without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers”.

IV.       Furthermore, I claim the right under Common Law as affirmed in Scott v Scott [1913] AC 417, for the proceedings to be held in open court, there being no reason to suppose that public hearing will occasion a denial of justice.
