Follow-Up: Sadly, not only does the LCD refuse to acknowledge the important role both parents play in bringing up children, but has also chosen to disregard Section 11 of the 1989 Children Act, which states that 'shared residence should become the common form of order'. Instead, fathers have to accept contact orders that, according to LCD figures, are flouted by mothers in 50 per cent of cases. As a result, 100 children every day are losing full or partial contact with their fathers. Is
this reasonable? We think not. This is why we have adopted
civil disobedience to supplement other lobbying activities." |

Why is it
that we are all conditioned by society, solicitors, the state, the
media, friends,family and even fathers themselves that this is all
about 'seeing' their kids? If you want us
just to 'see' our kids we can do that with
a photo or video!. If you want us to parent our children then allow
us to be parents.

"A contact order will include indirect contact. For the uninitiated the LCD and GOVT will play word games to hide the truth. Contact orders also include 3 e-mails per year, letters to be sent until the child is 18 and then shown, one hour a month in a contact centre etc etc. Weasle words and weasle actions." Shaun

- it tells fathers that there is a group of men who will no longer tolerate
having their families destroyed, their fatherhood stolen and their children
abused by the twisted

be looked upon as a group willing to stand up and fight for their children

On the issue of breaking orders ... Should a mother go to prison or get a community service order? Simple really, if one parent refuses to obey court orders then transfer full residence to a parent that will respect the law. Phil

Every civil rights movement has been labelled militant and our ability to distance ourselves (who's heard of militant easter Bunnies?) through our use of humour from the Black shirts helps underline this." the Law which is set up for our own protection is not followed then there
is no Law and the rule of decent Human Beings becomes anarchy.
