I will not be removing the E-address or the aforesaid documents and any one wishing to obtain the aforesaid documents, I will be forwarding them without Dr Pelling's permission.

Unfortunately Dr Michael Pelling has no control over this E-address so he is unable to stop me sending these documents even if he wished me to do so.

As you will see this E-address is outside the UK jurisdiction. I live in a country with good Family law, Thailand, not the barbaric British idea of Family law.

Please feel free to try and put a restraining order on myself through the Thai Government: in fact I would welcome it.

I’m sure the Thai Government would be most interested in these matters, also in Mr Justice Coleridge and Mr Justice Bennett’s RCJ UK hearings concerning an abducted Thai minor (my daughter) in which they ignored a great deal of perjury and contempt by Mrs. Warren and her legal team, and refused to acknowledge two very good CAFCASS reports that highlighted the problems with my former wife and Contact.

Also in the refusal by the British Home Office, Foreign Office, and Lord Chancellors Dept. to comment or correspond on the obtaining fraudulently of a UK Government document (my daughter's passport) that made the abduction so easy.

On the basis of my ex-wife’s perjured sworn statements the British Embassy in Bangkok advised and assisted in the abduction of my daughter.

As there is already a threat by the UK High Court to remove my passport were I return to the UK, there is very little chance of my doing so.

So adding Contempt to the matter makes very little difference to me.

My Thai lawyer Mr.Surrachat Sutthiprapha of VSPN Law Offices, Bangkok has stated that he would also welcome these matters returning to the Thai Courts where they belong.
