Sarah "Bionic" Ashford
to be interviewed by Suffolk Police
Sarah "Bionic" Ashford,
famous for being the first women to get arrested for her part
in starting the civil rights campaign to highlight
parent's treatment in secret Family Courts, was
today visited by two ununiformed CID officers at her home.
Sarah has not been able
to find out who had put what charges against her, is currently
waiting at home to speak to her solicitor, but she will shortly
have to
surrender herself to the police at her local police station.
Sarah was instrumental
in getting Fathers 4 Justice off the ground, and is much respected
and loved by many fathers whom
she supported during times of pain and suffering after getting
cut off from their children by family courts.
Update 16th June:
"I
have just come back from the police station, was advised
by my
solicitor to enter a no comment answer to all questions.
My Solicitor has said that the matter has been looked into by
the Home
Office and after the flour power attack on the Prime Minister,
they will be
looking at those involved with Fathers 4 Justice very closely,
even if you have
left the group.
Even though the names on my welfare report [that is on the internet
to show the incompetence of the people who are supposed to help
courts] have been removed, the CPS complaint is that I have left
in my mother's surname
and
the name
of the
primary
school that my
daughter attended for people to see. They are saying this information
could " put my
daughter in danger" (by the way my daughter is
now 16 years old).
I am now waiting to see how the CPS builds a case against me.
I have been told that I could be facing a Prison Sentence.
" I now will
have to get Legal Aid, and the incompetent Court Reporters
will continue in damaging children, and the Family Law
gravy train continues."
" I am a woman,
they have come after me because I have health problems, and
because
they think that by picking on me, they can can intimidate other
outraged parents. But of course, intimidation does not
work with me, my duty
is to stop the abuse that is done in the name of the law to
other children. Watch this space."
More news as we get
it.... Background:
Three
protesters from the campaign group
Fathers-4-Justice were today arrested after painting the door of
the Ipswich Office of the Children & Family Court Advisory &
Support Service (CAFCASS) purple.
The
protesters, Mr Matthew O’Connor, Mr Shaun O’Connell
& Ms Sarah Ashford were arrested shortly before 12:00 today.
The action was taken in protest at CAFCASS’s
inaccurate and biased Court Welfare Reports. These
result in the complete severance of the parent/child
relationship for no good reason.
Fathers
4 Justice say that purple is the international colour of
equality.
Spokesman Matthew O’Connor said
that the group not only represents fathers, but also mothers and
grandparents, all of whom want
to be treated equally by CAFCASS and the Family Courts. Said
Mr O’Connor “Many parents feel that it is time to ‘redecorate’
the balance of justice".
